Meet Chelsea

I am passionate about helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and authentic human connection.

Chelsea Hagy, LPCC

Therapist

I’m an enneagram 2, extroverted, empathetic, and direct—I believe in the power of hope and healing. Therapy to me is where art, science, and spirituality meet. There’s an art to building a relationship and walking alongside you through uncertainty. The science comes in through the evidence-based therapies I use, like EMDR and ACT, offering a clear path toward healing. And the spiritual side is found in those moments of raw vulnerability—when real transformation happens.

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are with honesty, compassion, and the tools to help you move forward. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, find clarity, and rediscover themselves.

Therapeutic Approach

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a therapy that helps you accept difficult thoughts and emotions instead of fighting them. Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and value-driven action, ACT empowers you to build a fulfilling life—without getting stuck in negativity or avoidance.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps reprocess trauma and distressing memories using guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation. This reduces their emotional intensity, allowing you to heal and move forward with greater peace.

  • Intensive Therapy

Intensive EMDR accelerates healing with longer, focused sessions, helping you process trauma more efficiently. This approach maintains momentum for deeper breakthroughs, offering faster relief for those with limited time or seeking intensive support. Learn more.

  • Faith-based Counseling

For clients who wish to integrate their Christian faith into therapy, faith-based counseling combines spirituality with evidence-based care. Whether seeking strength, navigating doubt, or wanting a therapist who understands your beliefs, this approach supports healing through a spiritual lens.
